***Adult and child aged 3 - 12 will not be allowed to enter alone. If you want to purchase an additional single adult or child ticket, please purchase a set of general admission ticket (for one adult and one child aged 3 to 12) first, and visit JRA at the same time on the reservation date.***

Notice:

Experience ticket holders must pre-book online their preferred visit date and session in order to guarantee entry to JRA.
One general admission ticket admits one adult and one child aged 3 to 12.
Children aged 13-17 can enter JRA alone, provided one general admission ticket (for one adult and one child aged 3 to 12) has been purchased.
Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
If necessary, please purchase additional adult/child tickets.

Remarks:

Ticket holders are able to spend up to 90 minutes in the experience area.
Ensure you visit JRA at the time selected on your ticket - latecomers may not be allowed entry.
Adult and child aged 3 - 12 are required to enter JRA together; they will not be allowed to enter alone. All children must provide valid proof of ID e.g. HKID.
Children aged 13 - 17 can enter JRA alone with valid proof of ID e.g. HKID.
