Payment

Yum Me Play accepts payments made by credit cards (AMEX, MASTERCARD and VISA), PayMe, Octopus, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.


Delivery Areas

Delivery service is available for address in Hong Kong and Macau only. 


Delivery Charge

Hong Kong

The delivery charge is calculated based on the subtotal of your basket after discounts. Below you'll see a breakdown of delivery costs:

  • Members - Free shipping for net purchases over HK$350;
  • Guests - Free shipping for net purchases over HK$500;

For orders less than the above-mentioned amount, HK$55 will be charged per order.


Macau

The delivery charge is HK$60 per order.

Yum Me Play Themed Kits 

  • Delivered by our logistics team within 3 - 5 working days of your order confirmation. You can pick a preferred delivery date during checkout. 
  • Delivery Period: Monday - Friday; 10am - 1pm or 2pm -6pm
  • No delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
  • We do not provide delivery service to the restricted areas and the outlying islands in Hong Kong, including Lantau Island (except Tung Chung), Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Po Toi, Ma Wan & Discovery Bay. Please contact us for special arrangement before placing orders if you live in above mentioned areas and would like to purchase our themed kits.
  • To ensure the courier can contact you smoothly, kindly double confirm the mobile number that you submit at checkout page is correct.

Other Products

  • Delivered by S.F. Express to the address that you filled out on the checkout page or the S.F. Locker location you chose
  • Delivery Period: Monday - Friday
  • No delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
  • Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a “Shipment Confirmation Email” with the waybill number of your order. You can check the shipment status by entering the waybill number on S.F. Express's website. If you need to select the specify delivery time, please contact the logistic company by yourself.
