- We provide exchange service of defective products (except Gift Cards) within 3 days upon receipt of delivery. Each order is eligible to exchange for one time only.
- Products can be exchanged if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- With manufacturing defects
- With all parts originally included with the product
- With original packaging intact
- Please contact us through live chat or email (email@example.com) to apply for an exchange. To speed up the exchange process, please provide your order number and the proof of defects in your message.
- Once we confirm the exchange request, please send the defective item(s) to us within 7 days. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will inspect your returned item once we received it. If your returned item is eligible for an exchange, we will notify you through email and deliver the new item to you within 7 days. Yum Me Play will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the new item.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
